    The development plan is the key to any future plans you may have regarding your property. It is essential that landowners have an input into the development plan process in order to shape future planning policy. We can make representations on policies or to promote your land and appear at the Local Plan Inquiry in order to advocate changes in policy.

    Phillip Hughes established PHD Chartered Town Planners in 1995 having worked in local government planning for 10 years gaining substantial experience of both Planning Policy and Development Control.

    He has a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Town and Country Planning (BA[Hons]) and has been a corporate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) since 1990. As well as a Professional Certificate in Management Practice(Cert.Mgt.) and a Diploma in Management Science (Dip Man) he is also a member of the Institute of Management (MCIM) and the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA) as well as an affiliate member of RIBA.
